Policies
Scheduling Policy
All consults are booked via Calendly. The consult time you reserve in the Calendly platform is your dedicated with CJ. If you are not able to make your consult, you must advice CJ no later than 48 hours prior. Anything less that timeframe will not be allowed to be rescheduled.
No Show Policy
If you do not show for your consult then there will be no rescheduling or refund.
Payment Policy
For all services provided, payment is required upftont. For the full service car buying experience, final percentage payment is due no later than 24 hours of purchase via Venmo, CashApp, Stripe or PayPal. Payment methods accepted for appointments are Stripe and PayPal.
No Refund Policy
CJ is dedicated to serving each client. There will be no refunds given for past consults or scheduled consults for the future.
